At this time we are seeking sponsors to help scaffold the needs of the event which include but are not limited to the stage, aesthetics, signage, permits, audio, performers, and more. YOUR business, organization or company can become a logo sponsor for the BLACKTOBERFEST, and in the process gain Brand Visibility & Awareness while simultaneously making a social impact by supporting Black owned businesses and creatives in the process.

Logo sponsorship tiers are as follows:

  • Bronze Level Sponsorship -$100

    • Includes logo on website, newsletter event banners and step & repeat

  • Silver Level Sponsorship – $250

    • Includes logo on website, newsletter event banners and step & repeat
    • Larger logo presence than Bronze level on all printed banners during the event.

  • 24K Level Sponsorship – $500

    • Includes logo on website, newsletter event banners and step & repeat
    • Guaranteed inclusion on outgoing flyers and promotion
    • Opportunity for Activation Space for your brand
    • Listed third on print advertisements after Platinum and Vibranium level sponsors with third largest logo presence on all print materials and banners.

  • Platinum Level Sponsorship – $1000

    • Includes logo on website, newsletter event banners and step & repeat
    • Guaranteed inclusion on outgoing flyers and promotion
    • Guaranteed Activation Space for your brand
    • Listed second on print advertisements after Vibranium level sponsors with second largest logo presence on all print materials and banners
    • Co-Sponsor opportunities for features such as SoundStage, Competitions, Vendor Marketplace, Demo Village, etc.

  • Vibranium Level Sponsorship – $2000

    • Includes logo on website, newsletter event banners and step & repeat
    • Guaranteed inclusion on outgoing flyers and promotion
    • Guaranteed Activation Space for your brand
    • Listed first on print advertisements with largest logo presence on all print materials and banners
    • Naming opportunities for features such as SoundStage, Competitions, Vendor Marketplace, Demo Village, etc.

The size and prominence of your featured logo will be commensurate with the size of the donation. Each level above 24K will receive their logo on all outgoing correspondence and naming rights on prizes, lounges and/or components of the event.

All logo sponsors will be featured on the website, banners for the event as well as the event step and repeat.

ALL LOGOS AND SUBSEQUENT MATERIALS ARE DUE SEPTEMBER 15TH FOR INCLUSION IN EVENT SIGNAGE
