Ever since I was 19, I had a dream of launching the first Nationwide food trailer corporation. Unfortunately due to Colleges forcing you to file under your parent until you’re 24 and me living alone, I was unable to afford to finish my Culinary dream. After a long endeavor of “accepting” my fate of living the 9-5 life I began living through game nights and gathering of friends to experiment my ideas with. After about 8yrs of praise and acknowledgment, I knew I could no longer keep pretending I was happy with what I was doing. I took the risk of taking out a loan and buying my trailer as of last year. This year is my first full year of operating and learning the ropes of this food truck life. Though I still have my 9-5pm I am excited that it has been successful year of getting my name out there.
